Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders. All custom units take 5-10 business days for construction. Waistbeads are made to order and take 3-5 days before they ship out, as well.

Express shipping is available at checkout.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds and all sales are final on custom units and bundles.

Booking deposits are refundable IF appointments are cancelled 24 hours in advance only.

Appointment Policy

Due to Covid-19 masks ARE required throughout the duration of the appointment.

Please keep extra guest to a minimum unless they are being serviced.
